Workflow
- 1
Write the three-second hook
Open with conflict, a result or a counterintuitive claim, not an introduction. Write five hooks, pick the one most likely to stop the scroll, then work backward into the script.
- 2
Write to a beat sheet
Split 45-60 seconds into 6-8 beats with one information point each. Use short sentences, concrete numbers and visual actions instead of stacked adjectives.
- 3
Storyboard and asset generation
For each beat, specify frame, shot size, camera movement and caption. Shoot what can be shot; use generated footage only for impossible scenes and keep people and products consistent.

FAQ
Does short video need a real person on camera?
Not necessarily. Talking-head, screen recording, product footage and generated visuals all work; information density and pacing matter most. A real person usually builds trust faster.
Can AI-generated video be used commercially?
Check the tool’s terms and asset sources. Likeness, brand elements and music rights need separate confirmation; generated does not mean rights-free.
