Brand Visual System

AI generates images quickly, but brands need consistency. This skill fixes visual keywords and references, builds a moodboard, palette and layout, then turns them into templates and a prompt library.

Workflow

  1. 1

    Define visual keywords

Describe the brand with five adjectives and three opposites, such as “restrained, precise, warm; not cyber, not cute.” Pair each word with a reference image so the team shares the same interpretation.

  2. 2

    Generate moodboard and palette

Generate 20 direction images from references and keywords, select six for a moodboard, then extract one primary, two accent and two neutral colors. Check contrast for readability.

  3. 3

    Lock typography and layout

Define heading/body fonts, type scale, line height, radius and spacing. Apply the same rules to three layouts: social cover, product page and presentation cover.

  4. 4

    Build prompt and template library

Document effective style, composition, lighting and negative prompts in a shared library with fixed templates. Start every new asset from the template, then generate variations to reduce drift.

FAQ

Can AI-generated visuals be used commercially?

It depends on the tool’s terms and training data. Check the current plan’s license before commercial use and avoid protected characters, trademarks or celebrity likenesses.

Does a small brand need a full visual system?

A minimal version is enough: three keywords, one primary color, two layouts and ten prompts. It is more valuable than a thick manual nobody follows.
